How Can I Enroll My Child At ORCS?
Thank you for your interest in our school. We are excited about what we
have to offer the families in the Minot area.

To enroll your child in the ORCS
program there are several things that we need you to do in order to
secure a place:
1. Complete the application and return it to the school with the $100
non-refundable registration fee.
2. Provide the school with a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
3. Arrange either a phone or face-to-face meeting with the School
Administrator to discuss your child’s enrollment.
4. Provide the school with a copy of your child’s shot records (prior to
the first day of school).
5. Provide a grade record for your child from his/her previous school
(Grades 1-12)
Upon
enrollment, you will receive a monthly bill for the tuition, beginning
in July. Fees are paid over twelve months from July – June.
A 5% discount is given to families who pay the total annual tuition by
June 30 of the current year.
